Can I type my own questions?
Yes, on the web once ZodiacFolk opens on Oct 15. If you're 18 or older with Plus, you'll be able to ask your guide a few questions a day in your own words. Your guide is an AI character, not a person. Answers are for reflection, not predictions or advice. Under 18? You'll still be able to pick from the questions we offer.
Do I need to know my birth time?
No. Your Sun sign needs only your birth date. A birth time adds your rising sign and houses.
What does it cost?
You can start with one school and its guides, and your daily reading is included. Plus adds every school and more. You see the price in the app before you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
On the web, use the link in your receipt email, or write to support@jxrlabs.app. If you bought Plus on iPhone, cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, ZodiacFolk.
